Easter Egg Hunt Saturday

This Saturday from 10am-Noon, we are going to be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt at the Glendale Community Church campus (6411 Beach Blvd).

We are very excited about this event because it is a lot of fun, my kids love a bounce house, but most importantly because we can reach out to the community surrounding our church in a small but fun way.

We know that Easter has nothing to do with egg hunts or bunnies, but it has everything with the love of Jesus and His sacrifice and resurrection. Any tool that we have that may possibly get the Gospel into the hearts and minds of others is something that we are interested in pursuing, and we are praying that the community understands how much we love them in Christ.

The purpose of this blog is, of course, to invite anyone who lives in Jacksonville to come and be a part of this event. It is also to begin praying about how you can go out into your community and show them that you love them in Christ and want them to have the promise of eternal life too.
